We pack every item securely to protect it from damage during delivery. For added peace of mind, we work with reliable couriers like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and Trackon to make sure your order gets to you without issues.
Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, we’ll send it out from our base in Jaipur to any location in India. Typically, deliveries take around 4 to 5 working days, although this may vary depending on your location and the courier.

We aim to get your package to you on time, but if a delay occurs, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Care team for updates.
We suggest recording a video while unboxing your package. This can be helpful if you find that something is wrong with your order. Although we pack every item with care, we cannot control how couriers handle packages once they leave our hands. In case of any damage, we’ll do our best to replace or fix your item, but please remember we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
After we hand over your package to the courier, we’ll provide you with a tracking ID so you can monitor its journey. Keep in mind that once the courier has the package, they are responsible for any delays or issues. We’re here to help with tracking and delivery questions, but the actual delivery process is managed by the courier.
To make things easier, we also offer a Pick-Up and Drop-Off service. If you’re interested in this option, reach out to our team to see if it’s available in your area.
