Your questions about varmala preservation, answered
My wedding was a week ago and the varmala has started drying. Is it too late?

Usually not. Send a clear photo of the garland on WhatsApp first. We check the petals and tell you honestly which flowers can still be used, before you pay anything. Garlands that reach us within 2–3 days keep the best colour.
How do I send the varmala from another city?

We arrange a courier pick-up from your home. One flat ₹300 covers both the pick-up and the delivery of your finished frame. Wrap the garland loosely in newspaper or a cotton cloth, never in a plastic bag.
How will I know you used our own varmala flowers?

We share progress updates on WhatsApp while we work, and before dispatch we show you the finished frame on a video call. You pay the balance only after you have seen it.
Why do you take a 50% advance?

Drying and resin work on your flowers starts as soon as you confirm, and the materials are made for your frame only. The other 50% is paid after the video-call approval, before dispatch.
Can we add both varmalas, our photo and the wedding card in one frame?

Yes. Couples often add both garlands, kaleere, a few mandap petals, the wedding card or a photo. Tell us everything you want to include and we suggest the size that fits it all.
Will it be ready for our reception or first anniversary?

Frames are made and delivered in 5–12 days from your order. Tell us your date when you book, so we can plan your order around it.
What if the frame reaches us damaged?

Every piece has a 7-day delivery warranty. WhatsApp us photos within 7 days of delivery and we repair or remake it at no cost when the issue is from our side.
